How Coaching Works

How Coaching Works

In coaching the purpose is to help someone reach an objective faster than they would by working alone, hence giving you a clearer understanding of who you are and what you want from life, work, and business. With this understanding, you can set goals and strive toward them to achieve your desired outcome. Coaching helps you see your current situation more clearly and from different perspectives. Working with a coach is the best way to start achieving your life and career goals. You will overcome procrastination, limiting beliefs, and other things that have previously held you back. Making a commitment to yourself that you want to change and become the best version of yourself is the first step. You're declaring your willingness to take the necessary steps to bring it about. This basically is how coaching works.

LIFE AND CAREER Coaching Process

Tell me your story

The first stage in the coaching process is creating your Life Map. You have the opportunity to document your life's path, including your successes and failures. Thinking back on the moments that made you feel connected and joyous might help you lay a strong foundation for the vision you want to realize.

Assess where you are right now

The next step in the process is to decide what you are willing to let go of that no longer benefits you. We will investigate the underlying limiting beliefs and worries that keep you from taking risks that are more in line with your interests and values. You will pick up practical methods for distancing yourself from your inner critic.

Create a Vision

After you've identified your strengths, inner critic, and purpose, you're ready to look ahead and imagine what you want to bring into your life in terms of career, relationships, health, and resources. This is the time to think big and be open to new possibilities.

Reviewing your resources and options

Then we'll go over all the options you have for achieving your goals, including the tools, techniques, and tactics you might use. Here, I'll follow the guidelines for brainstorming, which requires you to put aside judgmental viewpoints and simply generate as many ideas as you can. At this stage, you should decide on your resources. Resources provide us with strength and motivation.

Action Planning

When the vision has been realized, it is time to act. You will make short-term and long-term plans for various aspects of your life. This action plan should be achievable and aligned with your desired outcomes.

Follow-up

As your coach, I will hold you accountable for following through on the promises you make over the next few months. You will provide

regular progress updates, and we will collaborate to develop a long-term strategy for achieving your objectives.
